Ten week summer program opportunity to work on cutting-edge topics in space science and engineering research

Gain hands-on experience in small satellite and sounding rocket engineering, development and research. Undertake space and upper atmosphere research using ground based and satellite based instruments and data. Participate in the investigation and modeling of space plasmas. Develop general research and teamwork skill in an interdisciplinary collaborative environment.
Eligibility: Must be U.S. Citizen or permanent resident. Completion of Junior year as of spring term 2016. In some cases, students completing their sophomore year as of spring term 2016 can be considered.
Program support package: Currently a stipend, housing, and a meal plan allowance will be determined based on the number of applicants accepted.
